Organizational details for groups

Reception:

All groups with reservations are welcomed by a hostess who presents the visit and explains how it is organized. Free bus park.

Visit of the Caen Mémorial museum:

The visit is self-guided. Tickets are valid for 24 hours and entitle the bearer to multiple entries during this period.

Persons with reduced mobility:

The Caen Mémorial museum is equipped with lifts and access ramps to facilitate access for persons with reduced mobility.

Organization and reservation:

For all groups (20 adults or 15 pupils minimum), reservation by telephone is strongly recommended. One phone call is all it takes for our hostesses to organize your visit according to your timetables and to reserve additional services such as catering, tours, individual reception, onboard guides, etc.

For any cancellation, total or partial notified:

• Between 30 and 10 days before the date of the visit, 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.
• Between 9 and 4 days before the date of the visit, 50% (fifty per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.
• 3 days or less before the date of the visit, 75% (seventy per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.

Payment:

It is made upon the group arrival. Deferred settlement is acceptable for sums in excess of 305 € except in case of special arrangements.

Catering:

Written confirmation indicating the number of meals required will be requested.
