Reception:

Groups with bookings are welcomed by a host/hostess who describes the visit and how it is organized. Free coach parking.

Visiting the Caen Mémorial Museum:

The visit is self-guided. 

Persons with reduced mobility:

The Caen Mémorial museum is equipped with lifts and access ramps to facilitate access for persons with reduced mobility.

Organization and reservation:

For all groups (minimum of 20 adults or 15 students), booking by phone is strongly advised. One phone call is all it takes for our bookings team to organize your visit to suit your schedule and to reserve options such as catering, tours, individual reception, guides, etc.

For any full or partial cancellation occurring:

• Between 30 and 10 days before the date of the visit, 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.
• Between 9 and 4 days before the date of the visit, 50% (fifty per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.
• 3 days or less before the date of the visit, 75% (seventy per cent) of the total amount of the cancelled booking - taxes included - will be charged.

Payment:

Must be made on arrival. Deferred payment is accepted for sums in excess of €305 except in the case of special arrangements.

Catering:

Written confirmation is required, indicating the number of meals requested.
